Airport transfers
Copenhagen Airport transfer
Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is our home ground — the busiest airport in the Nordics and the one we drive several times a day. Arrivals here are rarely the problem; the twenty minutes after arrivals are. That is the part we take off your hands.
Where we meet you
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a nameboard — not in a car park with a phone. Bags are carried, the cabin is already at the right temperature, and the way out is chosen for the hour you actually landed.
Included in the price
Flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting after landing, meet & greet, tolls and normal luggage all sit inside the fixed price. There is nothing to settle at the kerb.
Drive times from the terminal

| Malmö | approx. 34 km | approx. 35 min |
| Lund | approx. 55 km | approx. 45 min |
| Odense | approx. 175 km | approx. 1 h 50 min |
| Aarhus | approx. 315 km | approx. 3 h 5 min |
Good to know
- Where does the chauffeur meet me at Copenhagen Airport?
- In the arrivals hall at Terminal 2 & 3, with a nameboard, just past customs. The exact meeting point is written in your confirmation. If you prefer a kerbside pick-up instead, say so when you book.
- What happens if my flight into CPH is delayed?
- Nothing you need to act on. We track the flight from departure and the pick-up moves with it. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing is included on every arrival, and the price does not change.
- How far in advance should I book a transfer from Copenhagen Airport?
- Twelve hours is comfortable for a standard arrival, twenty-four for a larger vehicle or a group. Short-notice requests are often possible — ask, and a person answers.
